About me

JOHN GJETTERMANN
Physical Therapist
I've always been a curious person who loves finding better ways to do things. My background in engineering gave me a solid foundation for that – but at some point, my curiosity turned toward the human body and one big question: why does pain sometimes refuse to go away?
I started giving small massages and treatments to family and friends when I was just 16. Then life happened – and to be honest, it hit hard a couple of times. After two serious falls, I got a firsthand lesson in what it really means to live with constant pain. You don't need theory when pain becomes part of your everyday life.
Maybe that's exactly why I wanted to truly understand where pain comes from and how to release it. I spent 13 years in Southern Spain studying, practicing, and developing methods that help the body and nervous system reset naturally.
My technical mindset, combined with a deep passion for anatomy, physiology, and the mind–body connection, has given me a unique way to see the body as one integrated system. And once the pieces started to fit together, the results followed – people began to recover faster than I could have imagined.
These days, I specialize in the PRRT method, for which I've completed the highest certification (PRRT Master Level 5). It's a powerful yet gentle approach that often brings relief within seconds – without cracking, twisting, or applying heavy pressure.
My work has taken me to more than 12 countries, where I've helped thousands of people – from professional athletes to seniors – restore balance in their bodies and move freely again without pain.
Note! The treatment language is English (if you need an interpreter, that's no problem).
P.S. I also speak Danish, German, Norwegian, and Spanish — so I am sure, we'll find a way to understand each other.
